Get involved – in the way that suits you
Practical work on site
Help with activities, events or in our daily operations. This can involve preparing premises, welcoming visitors, arranging coffee or supporting with simpler tasks. The time commitment is flexible – from an hour or so now and then to more regular sessions. Your presence creates security, community and makes it possible for us to reach more people in everyday life.
Administrative tasks
Help us behind the scenes with structure and order. You can help with mailings, member registers, simple financial tasks or planning meetings. Often 1–3 hours per week is enough, which you can do from home or on site. Your contribution frees up time for others to meet people and makes our business more sustainable in the long term.
Digital support and communication
Contribute your digital skills by updating social media, website or newsletter, or helping with simpler IT issues. You choose whether you want to do shorter one-off tasks or more recurring assignments. Your help will help our message reach further, inspire more people to get involved and strengthen our digital face.
Fundraising and campaigns
Get involved in fundraisers, campaigns or your own initiatives – for example birthday fundraisers, flea markets, challenges or corporate collaborations. You can spend anything from a single weekend to a few hours per month. Every krona you help raise makes a tangible difference for those we are there for and shows that many small steps together can create big change.
Board and development work
Help shape the direction of our work by sitting on a board or working group. The assignment involves meetings a few times per semester and some preparatory work between meetings. Here you contribute with strategic thinking, responsibility and ideas for the future. Your efforts ensure that the organization stands firm, develops long-term and can help more people in a responsible way.
