This is where the questions raised at the resident meetings that have been held will be presented. The questions will appear first, and once answers have been obtained, they will be added as well.

Tenants’ questions to VSAB 2026-04-22

Kitchen:

Question: How many years does one have to wait before getting new kitchen fittings?
(The drawers do not hold together and have to be patched up and repaired all the time).

Question: Why do you install a dishwasher in a 2-room apartment and raise the rent by almost SEK 3,000? That is stealing money from poor pensioners.

Courtyards:
Question: There is a lot of unnecessary driving in the courtyards. The gates are not sufficient, as several people drive across the lawns and between stones that have been placed there. Many have keys so they can unlock and then take the key with them without having to lock the gate, which is then left open and encourages more people to drive in.

Waste management/Environmental stations:
Question: There is a lot of rubbish outside the waste stations and poor sorting in the environmental stations. Many people go out at night when they think they cannot be seen and dump prams, beds, TVs, etc., which are left on the ground by the waste stations and on the floors in the environmental stations.
Possible measures: install cameras and fine those responsible.
